Setup

JetBackup 5 runs on top of your control panel and lets you manage backup destinations from the panel.

  1. Connect to the server as root ssh root@{IP}
  2. Add the JetBackup repository yum install https://repo.jetlicense.com/centOS/jetapps-repo-latest.rpm -y
  3. Install JetBackup 5 yum install jetbackup5 -y --enablerepo=jetapps-stable
  4. Activate the license jetbackup5 --license {KEY}
  5. Create your first backup job Define your destination and schedule under WHM > JetBackup 5 > Backup Jobs.
